Terms & Conditions

NTS will follow accordingly installation instruction and standard of Manufacturers. Installation & Commissioning time will be taken approximately ( ) working days after delivery if all of the MEP works are ready at site.

1. Electrical power supply work for Machines. (Single Phase – 220 ~ 240 V, 50 Hz)
2. Isolators for Machines which unit consume more than 13 Ampere.
3.  All works of Drilling, Welding and Iron structure work must be provided by client.
4. Loading and unloading for Machines at the site or work area.
5. Scaffoldings must be prepared by client if necessary.
6. We seriously remind the client to operate all the Machines according to the rated voltage, frequency, water and gas (LPG) pressure correctly;
   1. Single phase: (220 ~ 240) V, 50 Hz
   2. Three phase: (380 ~ 415) V, 50 Hz
   3. Water Pressure: 2 ~ 4 bar
   4. Gas (LPG) Pressure:
      1. Regulator Inlet: 10 ~ 20 psi
      2. Regulator Outlet: 2.8 Kpa / 28 mbar
7. The client has to provide necessary precautions and protections for voltage and frequency fluctuations.
8. Wall hacking work, Plastering work and Ceiling work.

Our installation work is not responsible for civil work, electrical wiring, plumbing, gas supply system, exhaust system, ventilation system & ducting works for all equipment.

All required installation materials such as electric cable, conduit, water hoses, gas supply hoses, drainage, water taps and waste drain valve for basins etc. must be supplied by customer (buyer).

Installations are free of charge but customer has to pay transportation charges (Round Trip charges of NTS Mart to Customer’s Location), meal allowance and accommodation for out of Yangon area.
There will be additional transportation charges (depend on location) if M&E side is not yet ready or not match with requirement of equipment when customer confirm for Installation.
NTS Engineering Team will check and test before delivery to customer if customers cannot arrange for transportation & accommodation or having team for installation.
But Company will not take responsible any damage during delivery.
Installation must be complete require accessories and recommended (Refer – b. Client’s responsibilities, no. 6). Operation and other warranty details are please follow warranty card information.

1. This Warranty Card grants warranty only within prescribes duration with effect from the date of purchase.
   • Within First ( ) month, the Centre gives free service for repairs & original material weakness.
   • For remaining warranty period ( . month), the Centre will charge only for substituted spare parts and repairs at free of charge.
   • Regarding Electrical & Electronic controls, during first ( . month), with exception of switch, door seals, lighting, handles, blade, Display Panel Unit, Knob & Thermocouple, the Centre will give free of charge on the value of spare parts and also for making repairs. As for second ( ) months, we will serve free of charge for making
     repairs.
   • Customers have to pay transportation charge (Round Trip charges of NTS Mart to Customer’s Location), meal allowance and accommodation for out of Yangon area; there will be transportation charge for each Service call in Yangon area.
2. In using machine, for assurance of holding grated Warranty, the user shall require following and installing the machine in accord with facts and data describe in the manual Book.
3. On inspection of Serial No. of sold property and Machine Sr. No. Written Card, if the two found to be disagreed and whereas identified to have done repairs at other places other places other than NTS Service Centre granted rights of enjoying Warranty shall be invalid.
4. If the machine should get damage either due of mishandling (User fault), unsteady power supply, lightening current effect or over load use of machine, even if the occurrence develops with Warranty period, the user shall pay the value of substituted spare parts and payable repair charge.
5.  Any loss or damage occurred due to natural disasters, or accidental mishap while on its carriage or due to the effect of other parts use in support of and in coordination with the machine shall not include in this Warranty assurance.

၁။  ဤ အာမခံကဒ်ပြားအား အချက်အလက်များပြည့်စုံစွာဖြည့်စွက်ပြီး ၀ယ်ယူသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ တစ်လအတွင်း NTS Myanmar Authorized Service Center သို့ ပြန်လည်ပေးပို့ရမည် ။

၂။  အာမခံကဒ်ပြား ၀ယ်ယူသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ သတ်မှတ်ကာလအတွင်းအတွက်သာ အာမခံခြင်းဖြစ်သည် ။

• ပထမ( )လ အတွင်း ပြုပြင်ခနှင့် မူလပစ္စည်းချို့ယွင်းမှုအတွက် အခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။
• ကျန် အာမခံကာလ( ) လအတွက် အပို ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးကျသင့်ငွေဖြင့် လက်ခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။
• Electrical & Electronic Controls များတွင် Spare Part နှင့် လက်ခအားလုံးအတွက် ၀ယ်ယူပြီး ပထမ( )လအတွင်း Switch, Door  Seals,  Light  Bulbs,  Handles,  Blades,  Display  Panel  Unit, Knob  &  Thermocouple  စ‌သော (User) အသုံးပြုသူနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ထိတွေ့သော အစိတ်အပိုင်းများမှလွဲ၍ အပိုပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးနှင့် လက်ခ အခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။ ဒုတိယ ( ) လ အတွင်း ဖြစ်ပါက အာမခံကာလအတွက် အပို ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးကျသင့်ငွေဖြင့် လက်ခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။
• ရန်ကုန်မြို့အတွင်း Service တစ်ကြိမ်တိုင်းအတွက် ခရီးစရိတ်ကောက်ခံမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည် ။ နယ်ဖြစ်ပါက အသွားပြန်ခရီးစရိတ် (NTS မှသက်ဆိုင်ရာဒေသသို့) စားစရိတ်နှင့် နေထိုင်စားရိတ်မျာကို ၀ယ်ယူသူမှ ကျခံပေးရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည် ။

၃။  ပစ္စည်းများသုံးစွဲရာတွင် အာမခံခြင်းအကျုံး၀င်စေရန် သုံးစွဲမှုလမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ် (Manual Book ) တွင်     ပါ၀င်သည့် အချက်အလက်များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာတပ်ဆင် အသုံးပြုသွားရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည် ။

၄။  ‌ရောင်းချထားသော ပစ္စည်း၏ Serial No. နှင့် အာမခံကဒ်ပြားရှိ စက်အမှတ်စဥ်များအား တိုက်စစ်ဆေးရာတွင် တူညီမှုမရှိခြင်း၊ ပြင်ဆင်ထားခြင်း၊ NTS Myanmar Authorized Service Centerမှ မဟုတ်သော အခြားနေရာများတွင် ပြုပြင်ထားခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ထားပါက အာမခံအခွင့်‌ရေးများ ဆုံးရှုံးပျက်ပြယ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၅။ စက် ပစ္စည်းသုံးစွဲရာ လွဲမှားစွာ သုံးစွဲမိခြင်း၊ လျှပ်စစ်မီးအားအတက်အကျကြောင့် စက်တွင်ချို့ယွင်းမှုဖြစ်ပေါ်ခြင်း၊ မိုးကြိုးလျှပ်စီး၀င်၍ပျက်စီးခြင်း၊ ခံနိုင်စွမ်းအားထက် ပိုမိုသုံးစွဲလာခြင်း(over load) စသည့် တစ်နည်းနည်းတို့အား ပြုပြင်ပေးရာတွင် အာမခံကာလအတွင်းဖြစ်သော်လည်း ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးနှင့် လက်ခကျသင့်ငွေများ ပေးချေရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၆။  သဘာ၀ဘေးအန္တရာယ်များကြောင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ ၀ယ်ယူသူ၏ သယ်ဆောင်ရာတွင် မတော်တဆပျက်စီးခြင်း ကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ စက်ဖြင့်တွဲဖက်အသုံးပြုသော အခြားပစ္စည်းများကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း ချို့ယွင့်ပျက်စီးခြင့်သည် ဤအာမခံချက် နှင့်အကျုံးမ၀င်ပါ။

မှတ်ချက်။         ။ ဤအာမခံ အကျိုးခံစားမှု အပြည့်အ၀ရရှိစေရန် အာမခံကဒ်ပြားပါ အချက်အလက်များအား ပြည့်စုံစွာ ဖြည့်စွက်ပေးပါရန်၊ ထပ်မံပြင်ဆင် ဖြည့်စွက်မှုများ မပြုလုပ်ရန် နှင့်၊ ပစ္စည်းပြင်ရန် လာ‌ရောက်သည့် အခါတိုင်း အာမခံကဒ်ပြား မပျက်မကွက် ယူလာပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံပါသည်။
